In comparrison to the McDonald's Restaurant by Frankie & Benny's just outside the town centre, this one is great.
Let's face it, McDonald's is McDonald's and you either enjoy it or you don't. That siad, there is a great difference in the quality of food preparation, presentation and customer service between each of its restaurants.
The worst I have ever visited was the one on Oxford Street, London. Not only did my BigMac come with most of the salad strewn around the inside of the box rather than in the bun, but the burger was dripping in so much fat that it actually soaked through to the outside of the cardboard carton. Not nice.
On the otherside, McDonald's at Donnington always serves fresh burgers, piping hot, and the staff wear plesant smiles and carry helpful attitudes. Well done. -

A quite small McDonalds, ample car parking and a drive thru. No other shops near by but there is a Premier Inn and a pub/restaurant right by it. Service is always good at this Mcdonalds and you can usually find a table, but I do try and avoid it at busy times. They have a good selection of newspaper's to read which don't seem to go walkabouts as they normally seem to!

We tend to use this McDonalds as a drive-thru more than anything else on the way home, especially as it is convienently located right next to the petrol station. We don't eat in the restaurant itself often mainly because of the location, home is only 10 minutes away so we often prefer to eat out rather than in. Although the queue can sometimes be quite large they tend to get through the cars very quickly and the customer service is as good as any other restaurant. Can't fault the food either, McDonalds is never going to be gourmet by any means but it always hits the spot!

I use this restaurant for private and for work use (taxi driver) when customers ask. However the last 7 times i have used the drive thru i have been parked up even for the simplest of orders. On each occasion i have questioned it and been told its because they're busy. This would be an acceptable answer except i use it at all different times. Just allow an extra ten mins and you'll be ok. Food quality varies depending on time of day too So i now need to change my review as two more attempts to use this shambles of a shop have resulted in being told twice to park again. Today i asked the member of staff about it and was given a typical teenage attitude filled response do not use this hell hole unless you're prepared for a battle.

i always treat myself to a McDonalds breakfast every weekend as i think they are lovely, i normally have the big breakfast meal which comes with sausage, scrambled egg,a muffin,hash brown and a choice of drink. The restaurant is family friendly and has plenty of room to sit, they offer a wide choice of foods to chose from, ranging from burger meals, to salads, to wraps. They have a children menu available which is normally a happy meal, in there you can things like, chicken nuggets, fishfingers, chips, carrot sticks, burgers, and a drink and toy. The place is always clean and the service is always fast and effective. and the prices are low as well.
